The Tahoma Clinic Dispensary is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
We are a retailer provider of Doctor recommended supplements and natural prescriptions to a variety of patients and customers. We are seeking a full-time, experienced, customer care representative working with our telephone clientele.
Applicant needs to be highly motivated to help people and have knowledge of or willingness to learn about nutritional supplements and holistic healthcare practices. Nutritional supplements knowledge is a plus but not required. This is a retail sales position; no medical office experience is required.
As part of the daily routine, you will promptly answer telephone calls, enter customer information into the database, help callers place orders, process orders via telephone and the internet, respond to voicemail and email messages and other tasks assigned as needed.

The current schedule is Monday through Friday.
